Like most, I've been through many ups and downs in my health journey. I've cycled in and out of restrictive diets and have been through stages of forcing myself to workout to "make up" for foods I ate. I felt completely LOST when it came to my nutrition and training. Through my education & working with a coach myself, I eventually learned how to balance fitness and nutrition with a busy lifestyle and treat my body with kindness- in a way that is sustainable long term! I earned my Personal Training Certification through NASM and B.S. in Dietetics through Michigan State University. My goal now is to help YOU avoid the mistakes that I've made in my own fitness journey, so that you can thrive as your happiest & healthiest self- both physically and mentally.

I have over 5 years of nursing experience, and I am now a family nurse practitioner. I am passionate about preventative care and ensuring everyone has nutritional awareness. I have had success with improving clients A1C levels along with lipid panels. I love combing my knowledge of physiology with functional training. I focus on evidence based practice and utilize my education to ensure the best outcomes for my clients.
A little bit about me: I played competitive sports my entire life and when I got to college I felt lost without them! I started to gain quite a bit of weight my freshman year, and I felt defeated. I tried many different things at the gym, but was completely LOST. Eventually I found body building when I was working as a night shift ICU nurse, and fell in love. My diet has been a journey as well! I started Whole30 in college and found that it was extremely restrictive, but it did teach me how to prepare food well, which led to my passion for cooking and baking! Since then I’ve learned how to track macros which really helped improve my body composition and how I view food. After a few years of tracking my relationship with food completely changed- for the better. Now I want to help YOU do the same!
